Number Line
Number Line helps students visualise number sequences and illustrate strategies for counting, comparing or the four operations. Number lines can be easily adapted with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, or negative numbers.
Thinking of a Number
Guess the number by revealing the clues on the clouds one by one. This site lends itself to use on an interactive whiteboard.
Thinking of a Number
Use inverse operations to work backwards to find the missing number. Useful as a teaching aid on an interactive whiteboard.
Number Line
An interactive number line to support the teaching of number and scales. Useful for teaching negative numbers. It has been designed for use on an interactive whiteboard.
Claw
A game of estimation. You need to estimate where on a decimal number line to position the claw grabber to match a percentage figure. It is a good way of testing whether you understand the relationship between decimals and percentages.
Number Trains
Make a train by sequencing the mumbers on their carriages. The numbers are represented in a range of formats such as words, numerals, dice dots or counting frames. The levels progress in difficulty. Level 5 has sequences of twos, fives and tens.
Shark Numbers
A hundreds, tens and units maths game. Count carefully otherwise the shark will bite your boat.
Bud's Number Garden
Join Bud the bee to explore his magical garden and practise recognising numbers, counting, sequencing and much more! How many creepy crawlies are hiding in the leaf pile? How many eggs are left to hatch?
Helicopter Rescue
A game which focuses on numbers from up to 10, to up to 100. There are four game modes: Find a Number, Find the Number Between and Count On and Count Back. The counting on and back games reinforce the vocabulary of addition and subtraction.
Compare Numbers on a Number Line
Compare numbers on two different number lines and decide which is bigger. A great game to get children thinking about reading varying scales. Useful teaching resource on an interactive whiteboard.
