Growing Fast

A week later and the chicks are able to stand up, reaching high for the food that their parents are bringing in. They are starting to get their coloured feathers and the wing feathers can be clearly seen.

The chicks take turns to be fed so the chick that is low down is most likely the one that was fed last time.
