The Tadpoles Grow Legs

Around July, but it can vary, the tadpole begins the change into a frog.
It grows first back legs and then front legs. It can now climb around the vegetation in the pond. The eyes become more frog-like but as yet it still has a long, powerful tail.
The tadpole measures around 28mm long and its skin is quite mottled in colour.
